Habits & Capabilities
What habits do you have that help you on your journey, what habits slow you down?
Habits are the behaviors and thinking patterns that we automatically repeat in our lives. Skills are learned abilities or capacities.
Understanding the role you are in when you are doing a particular task helps to give meaning to a task.
Roles provide a way of breaking down what you do on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis into different groups or roles.
Goals are the primary, broad outcomes you wish to achieve in your life.
Without goals we are leaving our lives to random chance. The defining of our goals is the first step of turning your vision into a plan.
Objectives are the major steps you are taking towards the goals.
Objectives will be further broken down into tactics or actions.
If you want different results you are going to have to be different, and this is going to require work.
The problem with execution lies with a lack of awareness of who we are and what we want out of life.
